Sun Valley Golf Course was laid out among the rolling hills and valleys of Lincoln County by Gary Kern. Kerry Davis performed the majority of construction, and the front nine was opened in 1989, followed by the back nine in 1994. Sun Valley sports some of the most interesting holes in eastern Missouri, and is considered a stern but fair and solid test of golf by all players.
