Sun Valley Golf Course appreciates and supports the many non-profit agencies throughout our community. We receive many donation requests each year for very important causes and/or events. We will try and honour your requests as best as we can, but please realize that all requests can’t be met each year. Due to the large number of requests we receive, your request will be handled in the most equitable manner. Please also realize that events held at Sun Valley will be considered in highest priority.
Donations are often made in Green Fee Passes. There are some restrictions to these passes, so please be informed of these upon your presentation. Donations are only to be used for prizes, raffle items, and auctions that will directly contribute to the event that the donation was given to.
To qualify for a donation from Sun Valley Golf Course, you must submit the following information:
- A form verifying 501, C3 status
- Information stating the type of event, date, location, and number of participants (flyers are good sources for this information!)
- Contact name, address, email, phone number, and what donation you are asking for

Once you have submitted your request, please allow 30 days to receive your donation. If you do not receive a donation, then your request has not been honoured. We hope that you will try us again for your next event.
